Crystal: And So We Begin Our Journey of Promotion with Integrity

This post is the first in a series of posts about promoting your work (PR, marketing, spreading the word) in alignment with your highest self.

Promotion that doesn’t make you want to puke.

We call this Promotion with Integrity.

What is Promotion with Integrity, and Why Start with Crystal?

Promotion with integrity is

Promotion that feels aligned, wise, clear and good.

This series intends to make that much more possible and much less rare.

Why has it been hard before?

You may hold back promoting your work or project because promotion literally makes you sick to your stomach. 

That was me!

And now, it’s not.

I’ve  learned a lot we want to share. I created this series to challenge myself to own what I’ve learned–to embody it. Both in my physical and my energy body.

I’ve cued each post to one of the seven energy centers in the body because when we’re in alignment promoting our work, they are all firing together, and happy–and that’s what feels good about promotion with integrity.

Why start with crystal?

I use a gem and its color to anchor the focus of each post in this series.

Crystalline structures heal broken patterns into wholeness.
