Sharing Stillness

“In the eye of a hurricane, there is quiet.”

Stillness is where we come from. This program of half-hour recorded meditations, each offering a different practice for recalling ourselves to stillness, help you return to your natural inner state

The Three Sharing Stillness Calls

How It Works

Each call lasts 30 minutes. I guide us into stillness at the start of each, and I guide us out at the end. The majority of the call is in shared silence. Each call teaches a different way of coming into stillness.

Please share the recordings with anyone you like. Download them recordings, or listen to them here, as you like. (Please don’t operate machinery while listening.)

If you find that you would like to work with us on a coaching or consulting basis, we welcome your inquiry.
